PMS 2024 | April 2–5, University of Bern

Welcome to PMS 2024, the 19th International Workshop on Project Management and Scheduling. The workshop takes place at the University of Bern, Switzerland, from April 2–5, 2024.

PMS is an international workshop series initialized by the EURO Working Group on Project Management and Scheduling. The workshop is held every two years in different locations in Europe and brings together researchers and practitioners from Computer Science, Operations Research, Optimization Engineering, Mathematical Programming, and Industrial Engineering. The scientific program covers a broad range of topics related to Project Management and Scheduling, including both theoretical and applied research. Paper submission is open from September 1 to December 15, 2023.

Special issue in ANOR

The Call for Papers for the special issue on Project Management and Scheduling in the peer-reviewed journal Annals of Operations Research is now online. The submission deadline is September 30, 2024.

On our last day, industry experts Julien Darlay and Léa Blaise from Hexaly present the mathematical optimization solver Hexaly Optimizer during their Plenary Talk at 11:05, and we look forward to 11 presentations lined up in our Parallel Sessions. Highlights of the second day

Another exciting day awaits us with Nicole Megow's EURO Plenary on scheduling with predictions, the eagerly anticipated Best Student Award Sessions, and 12 presentations in our Parallel Sessions. The Conference Dinner at the Restaurant Rosengarten starts at 19:00 with drinks, appetizers, and the Best Student Paper Award Ceremony.
